40 slices French bread baguette (1/2 inch thick) 1 cup fig preserves 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup crumbled blue cheese 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Glaze the oven at 400°.
On an ungreased baking sheet, arrange the bread. 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown, in the oven.
Apply fig preserves on top.
Combine the bacon, walnuts, and blue cheese in a small basin.
Apply a spoonful to the marmalade and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve without delay.
