Turn the oven to 450°F.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts in a basin; season with Italian seasoning, pepper, and garlic salt.
Place on a greased sheet pan (optionally, cover with foil to facilitate cleaning).
Bake the chicken for 16 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. When the chicken is completely cooked, the juices will run clear, and a meat thermometer should register at least 165 degrees on the thickest part of the chicken.
