Carne Asada ▢1½ pounds flank steak, (or flat iron steak) ▢⅓ cup olive oil ▢3 tablespoons lime juice ▢½ cup cilantro, chopped ▢4 teaspoons minced garlic ▢1 teaspoon cumin powder ▢½ teaspoon chili powder ▢salt and pepper, to taste Fries ▢1 (26-ounce) package frozen French fries ▢sour cream ▢guacamole ▢2 Roma tomatoes, diced
Mermarinde can be prepared in a small basin by combining cumin, chili powder, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, and garlic.
Coat the steak and transfer it to a baking dish or basin containing the marinade. Allow the meat to marinate for an additional two to three hours.
Depending on personal inclination, bake or fry French fries according to the package instructions prior to grilling meat.
Bring the grill to a medium-high temperature and sear the meat for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Allow the meat to settle for five minutes on the cutting board.
Serve meat warm after slicing it against the grain at an angle with a pointed knife.
Spread cooked french fries with diced tomatoes, cilantro, shredded cheese, carne asada, sour cream, and guacamole on a large platter.
