Chicken Parmesan Spaghetti

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat some oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Place the cooked spaghetti on top. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti. Place the cooked chicken breasts on top of the sauce.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken and spaghetti.

Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
