– ⅓ cup (28.67 g) Dutch-processed cocoa – ½ cup (125 ml) + 2 tablespoons boiling water – 2 ounces (56.7 g) unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – ½ cup (109 ml) + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil – 2 egg
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and adjust the rack to the lowest position.
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving some extra hanging over the edges, and spray it with cooking spray.
In a big bowl, mix cocoa powder and boiling water until smooth. Then add unsweetened chocolate and keep mixing until it melts.
Add eggs, yolks, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Then add sugar and mix well. Finally, add flour and salt and mix until everything is combined.
Pour this batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack.
