2 cups all-purpose flour ▢1 tbsp baking powder ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢3/4 cup sugar ▢1 egg ▢1 cup milk ▢2 tsp vanilla extract ▢1/3 cup sour cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a small receptacle, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar with a whisk.
In a large basin, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla, and sour cream. Simply combine the flour mixture with the liquid ingredients using a spoon.
Pour into a loaf pan that has been greased. In a small basin, combine sugar, cinnamon, and butter to create swirl ingredients. Pour over the bread mixture and incorporate into the batter with a knife.
Bake (or until done) for 45 to 50 minutes. Ten minutes later, place on a wire rack to chill.
As the dessert cools, prepare the glaze by combining milk and granulated sugar. Once one piece of bread has largely chilled, drizzle it with glaze.
