Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe


Pasta (such as fettuccine or tagliatelle) Mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms, cremini mushrooms), sliced Garlic, minced Heavy cream Parmesan cheese, grated Fresh parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms and minced garlic in olive oil until mushrooms are golden brown and tender.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy mushroom sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
