2-3 tablespoons butter ▢¾ cup Bisquick mix ▢1½ teaspoons paprika ▢1¼ teaspoons salt ▢¼ teaspoon pepper ▢3 pounds chicken drumsticks, chicken legs ▢spray butter
Turn the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt butter in an oven-safe 9 by 13-inch casserole dish.
In a basin, combine Bisquick, paprika, salt, and pepper while the butter is melting. Before placing each poultry drum in a 9 by 13, coat it with melted butter.
Once prior to placing in the oven and again during baking, coat with butter.
Bake for an additional 15 to 25 minutes after flipping after 30 minutes.
