In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Once the crust is baked, pour the pecan filling over the warm crust, spreading it out evenly.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden on top.
