2 pounds ground beef ▢3 teaspoons minced garlic ▢3 cups water ▢2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce ▢2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes ▢3 bay leaves ▢3 tablespoons soy sauce ▢1 teaspoon seasoned salt ▢2 tablespoons Italian seasoning ▢2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked ▢1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook minced beef in a skillet over high heat on medium-high heat. Remove the drain. Sauté the garlic for approximately five minutes.
Water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaves, soy sauce, and seasoned salt should be added. Stir thoroughly.
Stir and simmer for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir in the elbow macaroni that has not been prepared, cover the skillet, and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Just before serving, remove the bay leaves from the flame and stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
