Homemade Taco Seasoning

Ingredient

¼ cup (0.03 g) + 3 tablespoons chili powder – 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon ground cumin – 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon ground paprika – 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon sea salt – 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon ground black pepper – 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Cook 1 pound of ground beef or chicken until it's no longer pink.

Put the meat back on the stove over medium-high heat.

Add ⅔ cup of water and 2 tablespoons of the taco seasoning mix. Let it simmer and stir often until all the liquid is gone.

Drain. Return to the stove over medium-high heat and add ⅔ cup of water and 2 tablespoons of the taco seasoning mix.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and draw three 8-inch circles on it. You can use any round object about the same size as a guide.
