Honey Mustard Chicken Skewers

– 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized piece 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minute


Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

 In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Brush the honey mustard mixture onto the chicken skewers, coating them evenly.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve the honey mustard chicken skewers hot with rice or salad.
