Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust 


1 medium head cauliflower, grated 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Steam the grated cauliflower until tender, then let it cool.

Squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower using a kitchen towel.

Mix the cauliflower, mozzarella, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

Press the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a crust.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Add your favorite low-carb toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
