Put butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until a creamy consistency is achieved. Add the eggs one by one, ensuring that each is thoroughly combined after addition.
Stir the flour mixture in gradually until just combined. Nuts and chocolate morsels should be added. Mix.
Chill the basin, covered, for a minimum of four hours and up to overnight.
375°F preheat the oven. Form dough balls with a cookie scoop and distribute them evenly across an greased cookie tray. Decorative garnish: Sprinkle additional chocolate pieces atop each dough ball.
Bake for eleven to nine minutes. When baking larger biscuits, allow them to bake for 11-13 minutes.
