Taylor Swift's potential meals with Travis Kelce as NFL star's diet revealed
Travis Kelce's private chef has revealed what the Kansas City Chiefs star likes to eat.
Kumar Ferguson is Kelce's private chef since 2016 and childhood buddy. Kelce was picked by the Chiefs in the third round in 2013, three years before hiring Ferguson for diet advice.
Kelce has been in the news more in recent months while dating Taylor Swift. The 12-time Grammy winner has come to Chiefs games to encourage the tight end all season.
Ferguson has discussed his bond with Kelce and how he became the Chiefs star's private chef. After a 2016 chat, Ferguson visited Kansas City to see his old acquaintance.
“I flew out four days later and we haven’t looked back since,” Ferguson told Kansas City magazine.
Ferguson told the magazine that Kelce eats three 4,000-calorie meals on practice and game days. Fresh fruit and porridge for breakfast and shrimp alfredo for dinner are examples.
The chef also said Kelce loved deep-fried Australian lobster tails and Hawaiian hot wings. Ferguson said their childhood friendship inspired the meals he cooks for NFL player Kelce, 34.
"His dad [Ed] is actually a grill master, so that's where I got filets in our diet," Ferguson remarked.
"Growing up, I would cook for all the bros after we'd be hanging out all day," Ferguson said. "That kitchen table hangout has always been our hub. We've continued that tradition.
